Grandma, I know it has taken a while for me to say my good-bye, but I have had a hard time finding the right words. Sadly, we were not as close as you and Bonnie were. Atually, we didnt know each other that well at all but I would like to share a memory with you... When I was a little girl, you came to babysit me while mom was in the hospital. I was scared and worried because I knew that mom was sick. You and I made heart shaped pancakes and you let me eat them in the bed. You gave me comfort and made me feel safe. I hope you remember this day to be as wonderful as I do. It meant more to me than you can ever know. My daughter and I made heart shaped pancakes with fresh blackberries for breakfast yesterday morning and it still reminds me of that day. I hope I give the same comfort and safety to my children as you gave me.
Your Grand Daughter
Charlett

when i was a child on every holiday i still can see her standing in the kitchen cooking and i would always want her home made apple pies. in the summer she would sat on the porch swing and sing when all the house work was done. She raise us kids with respect for one another and showed us love. She is the best mother on earth. No one could ever take the place she holds in our hearts. I know she was my best friend, and mother. I miss her so deeply.. I love you MOMMY. watch over me from heaven and give me the strength to get through this and be half the mother you were to me and be the lady and woman you are proud of. I love you mom. I miss you so much
