Obituary of Jody Paul Albright

In Loving Memory of Jody Paul Albright, 70, of Lorado, departed life Thursday, August 10, 2023, at his home. He was born December 28, 1952, in Logan, to the late Holleen and John Albright.
In addition to his parents, Jody was preceded in death by his mother-in-law Jean Cook, and a brother-in-law John L. Collins.
Jody was a retired underground electrician. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. Jody enjoyed spending his days with his loving wife and watching his well-loved westerns.
He is survived by his wife, Pamela Sue (Cook) Albright; two sons: Terry and Teresa Albright of South Carolina and Mark and Pam Albright of Alum Creek; three daughters: Kristy Albright of Logan, Teresa Green of Hurricane, and Heidi and James Crowder-Dowdy of Switzer, three brothers: Johnny and Shirley Albright of Lorado, Jimmy and Sissy Albright of Va, James and RaeLynn Albright of Man, one sister Judy Collins of Amherstdale, four grandsons: Trevor Harden, Tyler Albright, Liam Dowdy, and Marty Green, four granddaughters: Kristin Harden, Makalea Green, Jaymie Dowdy, and Kaydea Albright, three great-grandchildren, three sisters-in-law Connie Cook-Edwards, Kim and Haven from Asheboro, NC, Kelly Hubbard, and one brother-in-law, Jack and Phylichi Cook, a very special neighbor and friend Ann Doczi.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Johnny Albright, who helped with the care of his brother, Jody until he went to be with the lord.
We would also like to extend a special thank you for the exceptional care and compassion shown to Jody and Pam by Dr. Ahmed and the staff of Logan Hematology Oncology, Jaymie Dowdy, Andrea Capua, and Carla Subyak.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, August 13, 2023, at the Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home at Man with Brother Kenny Bevins officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens at Godby.
Visitation will be held from 6-9 p.m. Sunday at Krantz McNeely Funeral Home and one hour prior to services at the funeral home also.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
