Sister Kay... Truly prayer warrior!! Such a blessing to all those he knew her. She will be missed and our church will certainly not be the same without her. She now joins Preacher Harrison and all the saints that’s gone on, oh but she rejoices in Heavens choir. What a blessing she must have received when she got to see Jesus

I'm Kay's cousin, her Aunt Virgie's oldest son. I haven't seen Kay since our grandma passed in 1996, but she was a fun cousin to be around when I was a kid and we would visit. I'm so very sorry to hear of this. Here's a pic of a 21 year old Kay in my yard in Charleston on a visit in 1971.

Kay was part of what made the Pathway Church of God a welcoming and special place to go. She was always a friendly and loving person. She loved her church family and she loved the Lord she never failed to praise him no matter her circumstances. She was a friend to all and she loved her family fiercely. Rest In Peace dear lady you’ve received your heavenly reward. ❤️

I met and became friends with Brenda when she was living Independence Mo. and started working at the Insurance Company of North America. Brenda worked in the typing dept. and I worked in files. I was drawn to her outgoing personality. She and I shared an apartment for awhile. We went to my parents house every Saturday to do laundry and eate tuna macaroni casserole my mom made for us. She eventually went back to West Virginia and we kept in touch for some time, but recently got back in touch through Facebook and the help of her Grandson, Cameron. I had just spoken to Brenda after a Facebook post about a car accident. I am deeply saddened by her passing, I will miss her. Rest in everlasting peace Brenda, you deserve the glory of heaven! Love you,
