Patricia Main “Patty” Goodman
of
Patricia Main “Patty” Goodman, 72, of Accoville, departed this life for her Heavenly home on April 8, 2019, leaving from her home, after a long illness.
She was born on March 12, 1947, at Blair, the daughter of the late Kenneth “Junior”
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Mary Lynn Burgess; and her son-in-law, David Carpenter.
Patty was a wonderful loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She loved her church and was a member of the
Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 52 years, Aaron Goodman; her children, Heather (Mark) Drake of Accoville, Mark (Rachelle) Goodman of Buckhannon; and Kenna (Robert Swafford) Carpenter of Verner; one sister, Pamela Workman of Barboursville; nine grandchildren, Kari Goodman of Accoville, Kathleen (Jon) Boggs and Candace Goodman, both of Lorain, OH, Tara Drake of Chapmanville, Emily Williams, Cody (Hollie Vinson) Jarrell, and Kayci (Ben Ratliff) Jarrell, all of Accoville, and Morgan Goodman and Ashtyn Goodman, both of Buckhannon; and great-grandchildren, Ethyn Clark and Jaxtyn Goodman, both of Accoville, Jackson Boggs and Kennedy Boggs, both of Lorain, OH, and Adalynn Faith Ratliff due to arrive in June; along with a host of other relatives, church family, and friends.
Visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Wednesday at the
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 Noon Thursday, April 11, 2019, with Rev. P.J. Tomblin officiating. Burial will follow in
