Teddy Dean Frye
Of Greenville, WV
Teddy Dean Frye, 61, of Greenville, went home to be with the Lord Friday, December 27, 2013, from Logan Regional Medical Center, after an unexpected illness.
He was born August 25, 1952, at Amherstdale, the son of the late Thomas Emory Frye and Anna Marcum Frye Redmond.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Ronald Emory Frye and Berry Neal Frye; and sister, Linda Carol Frye.
Teddy was a disabled armature winder employed for nearly 40 years at White's Armature Works. He was a member of Lundale Freewill Baptist Church. Spending time with his grandchildren and watching football were his favorite past times.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 39 years, Nancy Ruth Ellis Frye; two sons, Teddy Dean (Tara) Frye II of Elk Creek and Shane (Crystal) Frye of Greenville; his twin brother and best friend, Freddy (Sherry) Frye of Lorado; sister, Eloise (Johnny) Hill of Braeholm; grandchildren, Jake, Colten, Wyatt, Zack, Cameran, and Shyanna Frye; many nieces and nephews along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, December 31, 2013, at the Lundale Freewill Baptist Church at Lundale with Rev. Bobby Adkins and Deacon Roger Adkins officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery at Pecks Mill.
Visitation will be held from 6-9 p.m. Monday at the Lundale Freewill Baptist Church and one hour prior to services.
Pall bearers will be family and friends.
