Judith Melissa "Lisa" Justice
Of Greenville, WV
Judith Melissa "Lisa" Justice, 50, of Greenville, went to her heavenly home, on October 31, 2013, from Pikeville Medical Center, after a courageous battle with cancer.
She was born March 8, 1963, at Man, the daughter of the late David and Jane Grimmett Toler.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Mark and Mitch (Libby) Toler; her grandparents, Roy and Lula Grimmett and Elliott and Margie Toler; and brother-in-law, Kevin Justice.
Lisa was a transportation worker for the WV Dept. of Highways for 6 years. She had formerly been employed as a cashier at Pic Pac for 10 years. A member of Becco United Baptist Church, Lisa loved to attend church services. A "people person", Lisa never met a stranger. She enjoyed playing softball, her grandchildren, and laughing and joking with her family and friends. Lisa was a lifetime fan of the New York Yankees.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 33 years, Robert L. Justice; her children, Heather and John McCoy of Amherstdale, Whitney Justice of Man, and her baby boy, Bub and Carrie Justice of Greenville; two grandsons, John and Luke McCoy of Amherstdale; two brothers, Rick Toler of Greenville and Cris and Loretta Toler of Rupert; one sister, Lynn and Terry Ellis of Greenville; and a host of nieces and nephews along with her extended family and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, 11-4-2013, at the Becco United Baptist Church at Becco with Rev. P.J. Tomblin officiating. Burial will follow at Highland Memory Gardens at Godby.
Visitation will be held from 6-9 p.m. Sunday at the church and one hour prior to services.
Pall bearers will be family and friends.
