So sorry for y'all's loss Jim , Tea , Kelly and Amber , I know its hard and doesn't help much here because we miss them so but now he's walking in heaven with Jesus on one side and your Mamaw on the other try and look at it that way and stay strong he's in a much better place and NO cancer ! My thoughts and prayers are with all of the family. I was eleven years old when I first met Brother Jim, As he sat in church one day I asked him and my Dad to tell me what you have to do to be saved by God. And as him and my Dad talked to me so I could understand as a child, I remember him just crying and how he was so happy as he was answering my questions and explaining all about how Jesus died for us. I will never forget that day or how as the years went by I would listen to him in church teaching, talking and praising God. He was truly an inspiration to many people and will surely be missed.

My heart is broken as I learn of Jimmy passing, but I rejoice knowing he is experiencing his ultimate healing For the Apostle Paul stated in 2nd Corinthians 5:8 "We are confident , I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord." Jimmy lead me to the saving grace of Jesus Christ at the ripe old age of 13 during a Y.P.E. service at Hunt Freewill Baptist Church. I will never forget the gift given to me that day because Jimmy was a willing vessel trying to spread the good news of Jesus Christ. Rest in Peace Brother Jimmy. I love you and look forward to the day you can introduce me to Jesus, but face to face this time Mike Runyon
