Obituary of Eunice Roseleen Bragg

Eunice Roseleen Bragg, 77, of Proctor Bottom, Amherstdale, went home to be with the Lord Wednesday, August 14, 2013, at Logan Regional Medical Center at Logan, after a lingering illness.
She was born April 12, 1936, at Bull Creek in Boone County, a daughter of the late Clarence and Georgia Ann Smith Adkins.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Donald J. Bragg with whom she will be celebrating their 52nd anniversary in Heaven on September 29, 2013; two sisters, Lois Hatfield and Lorrine Adkins; and three brothers, Herbert Adkins, Ruford Adkins, and Ronald Adkins.
Eunice was a loving wife, mother, and home maker. She loved the Lord and was of the Baptist faith.
Those left to cherish her memory are eight children, Jimmy (Drema) Adkins of Man, Charles (Treasa) Urconis of Elk Creek, Ricky (Kristy) Bragg of Robinette, Randy (Cyndi Cook Richards) Bragg of Amherstdale, Trina (Jimmy) Bateman of Elk Creek, Donald "Slick" (Sabrina) Bragg, Randall (Mitzie) Bragg, and Kent (Tara Conn) Bragg, all of Amherstdale; four sisters, Jean Williams and Zola Spence, both of Robinette, Frances (Arlington C.) Vincent of Chesapeake, and Laura "JoAnn" (Darrell Lockhart) McNeely of Bluefield; 21 grandchildren, Kelly (Dale) Cook, Cindy (Ray) Anderson, Jimmy (Shena) Adkins II, Jaime Dawn (Johnny) Mullins, Stacie (James, II) Epperly, Ricky Gene "Boo" Bragg, II, Kyleigh Bragg, Randy (Ashley) Bragg, II, Jacklyn (Nathaniel Smith) Bragg, Matthew Bragg, Kaitlyn Bragg, Janie Bragg, Nicholas Bragg, Austin Bragg, Summer Bragg, Tyler Bragg, Shianne Bragg, Kent Valentine Bragg, II, Ricky Wiley, II, Josh Adkins, and Michael Grimmett; 13 great-grandchildren, Bryce, Caleb, Kerri-Anne Cook, Kayla, Emma, and Hunter Anderson, Jaime Lynn and James Epperly, Gunnar Cline, Alliyah Smith, and Alauna, Haylee, and Elijah Bragg; seven step-grandchildren; Daisy, Justin, Jeff, Corey, David, Hannah, and Livia along with a host of other relatives and friends.
We invite you to join us in a celebration of the reuniting of Eunice and Donald in Heaven from 6-9 p.m. Sunday, August 18, 2013, at Becco United Baptist Church at Amherstdale where services will begin at 8 p.m. with Rev. P.J. Tomblin officiating.
In honor of Eunice's wishes, her remains will be cremated.
Pall bearers will be family.
