Mary Louise Linville
Of Combs Addition, WV
Mary Louise Linville, 51, of Combs Addition, went to be with the Lord and her son, Gregory, on Monday, August 12, 2013, from CAMC-Memorial Division, after a brief illness.
She was born December 16, 1961, in Hazard County, KY, the daughter of Guy and Anita Slone Bryant of Davin.
Mary was preceded in death by one son, Gregory Elkins; and one sister, Linda Adkins.
She was a home maker and a 1981 graduate of Man High School. Mary was a member of the Mallory Church of God, loved to sing gospel music, enjoyed riding horses.
Those left to cherish her memory, in addition to her parents, are her husband of 23 years, Kenneth Linville of Combs Addition; one son, Thomas Linville of Hurricane; two brothers, James (Tammy) Bryant of Davin and Tony (Sherry) Bryant of St. Albans; five sisters, Patricia Gibson of Accoville, Vanessa Harless and Lisa Ellis, both of Beckley, Debra (Chuck) Barnette of Newport News, VA, and Kim (Randy) Ellis of Gilbert Creek; three brothers-in-law, Byron Linville, Chris (Gloria) Linville, and Steve (Lisa) Linville, all of Hurricane; and many nieces and nephews along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, August 16, 2013, at the Claypool United Methodist Church with Rev. Rick Brown officiating. Burial will follow in the Claypool Cemetery at Claypool.
Visitation will be held from 6-9 p.m. Thursday at the Claypool United Methodist Church and one hour prior to services at the church also.
Pall bearers will be her nephews.
