Of Robinette, WV
Sarah Elaine Morgan, 24, of Robinette departed this life suddenly on January 22, 2013.
She was born on January 16, 1989 at Raleigh, North Carolina, the daughter of Mary Ann Pruitt Robinson with whom she made her home and the late Jack Lee Morgan Jr.
Sarah was also preceded in death by her Great- Grandparents, Walter and Virginia Ruth Morgan, Raymond and Lila Belcher; and Grandfather, Herbert Spencer Pruitt.
Sarah was well known to her community as the girl who always smiled. Her zest for life was contagious and was recognized by her joyous laughter. She never met a stranger and always had room for more friends. Sarah was a 2007 graduate of Man High School and graduated from Marshall University in December of 2012 with an Associates Degree in Communication Disorders. She was recently employed with ResCare at the Accoville home and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends more than anything.
In addition to her mother, those left to cherish her memory are her Step-Father, Joseph Robinson of Robinette; Step-Mother, Chris Morgan of Ohio; Grandmother, Sarah "Nanny" Mitchem of Robinette; Grandparents, Jack and Judy Morgan of Claypool; Step-Grandparents, Mike and Luella Robinson of Brenton; Great-Grandmother, Nora Cline of Hanover; two brothers, Cody Green of Robinette and Tyler Morgan of Man; and one sister Courtney (Brandon) Ellis of Man. She was also loved by a host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and Friends who were as close as family.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday, January 27, 2013, at the Man Church of God at Man with Pastor Donald Lafferty and Reverend Bryan Baker officiating. Sarah will be laid to rest beside her father at Claypool United Methodist Church Cemetery at Claypool.
Visitation will be held from 6-9 p.m. Saturday at Man Church of God and one hour prior to services.
Pallbearers will be Cody Green, Joshua Lyall, Johnny Pruitt, Herby Pruitt, William Carpenter, and Terry "B.J." Adkins.
