Deborah Ann Carter Brown
Of Bruno, WV
Deborah Ann "Debbie" Carter Brown, 54, of Bruno, went to be with the Lord Friday, September 28, 2012, from her home, after a sudden illness.
She was born March 6, 1958, at Man, the daughter of James E. Carter of Bruno and the late Opal Mae Walls Carter.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, Linze Brown; one son, James "Jamey" Brown; and her daughter-in-law, Nikki Brown.
Debbie was a home maker and was of the Church of God faith. A founding member of the Bruno Crime Watch, she was very active in keeping her community safe. She enjoyed staying in contact with her online friends and was a wonderful mother, daughter, and friend.
Those left to cherish her memory, in addition to her father, are her fiancé, Teddy Robinette of Bruno; one son, Billy Brown of Bruno; her grandfather, James Carter of Lindside; and three grandchildren, Caleb, Gage, and Aeden White of Spruce Laurel; along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, October 2, 2012, at the Pathway Church of God at Christian with Rev. Harrison Williamson and Rev. Wesley Browning officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens at Godby.
Friends may call one hour prior to services at the church.
Pall bearers will be family and friends.
Honorary pall bearers will be Caleb, Gage, and Aeden White.
