Obituary of Glenda Nicole Brown

Glenda Nicole Brown Of Bruno, WV Glenda Nicole "Nikki" Brown, 32, of Bruno, went to be with the Lord Saturday, September 1, 2012, from her home, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born August 15, 1980, at Man, the daughter of Jo Ann Blankenship Morgan of Gilbert. Preceding her in death are her grandparents, L.C. and Jo Mae Harding Blankenship; and one aunt, Geizel "G.G." Blankenship. Nikki was a former assistant manager at Burger King at Logan. She was a 1998 graduate of Man High School and was of the Church of God faith. She enjoyed scrap booking, traveling, going to the beach, and 4-wheeling with her husband, Billy. Those left to cherish her memory, in addition to her mother, are her husband, Billy Brown of Bruno; one brother, Avery Morgan of Castalia, NC; her step-father, Bazz Blankenship of Gilbert; her mother-in-law, Debbie Brown of Bruno; and her grandfather-in-law, James Carter of Bruno; along with a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, September 4, 2012, at the Pathway Church of God at Christian with Rev. Harrison Williamson and Rev. Wesley Browning officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens at Godby. Friends may call one hour prior to services at the church. Pall bearers will be family and friends. Honorary pall bearers will be Caleb, Gage, and Aeden White.
