Patsy Delores Crum
Of Lorado, WV
Patsy Delores Crum, 74, of Lorado, went home to be with the Lord Saturday, March 3, 2012, from Cabell-Huntington Hospital at Huntington, after a long illness.
She was born May 29, 1937, at Lundale, the daughter of the late Julian "Boge" and Addie Goodman Baisden.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Charles Crum; two sons, Charles Ray Crum and an infant son.
Patsy was a life long member of the Lundale Free Will Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.
Those left to cherish her memory are her three daughters, Pam (Richard) Caserta of Crown, Kathy (Ronnie) Doss of Accoville, and Sandy (Kenny) Stevens of Portland, TN; two sons, Allen Crum of Lorado and Patrick Crum of Portland, TN; one brother, James Ray Baisden of Rogersville, TN; two sisters, Joyce Frazier and Beverly (Ronnie) White, both of Bean Station, TN; one daughter-in-law, Nioka Crum Vance of Kistler; six grandsons, Nathan (Katrina) Caserta of Crown, Ronnie Lee (Jennifer) Doss of McMinville, TN, Jason (Tammy) Caserta of Crown, Allen Sewell of Matewan, Michael Watkins of Columbus, OH, and Ryan Crum of Kistler; two grand daughters, Crystal "Sissy" Doss of Accoville and Stephanie (Robbie) Nelson of Latrobe; four special grand children who made their home with her, Coty, Summer, Courtnie, and Julian Crum, all of Lorado; ten great grandchildren, Chris, Richie, Brooke, and Carly Caserta, all of Crown, and Ashley and Alex Nelson, both of Latrobe, Mary Jane, Samantha, and Thomas Doss, all of McMinville, TN and Gabriel Watkins of Columbus, OH; and many nieces and nephews along with a host of other relatives and friends.
The family would like to give a big thank you to Patsy's very special friends and neighbors, Gary and Barb Peters, Shirley Necessary, and anyone who has been with Patsy throughout the years.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 7, 2012, at the Lundale Free Will Baptist Church at Lundale with Rev. Mike Johnson and Rev. Bobby Adkins officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery at Pecks Mill.
Visitation will be held from 6-9 p.m. Tuesday at the Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home at Man and one hour prior to services at the church.
Pall bearers will be her grandsons, Nathan, Jason, Coty, Ryan, Chris, and a special young man, Manuel Gibson.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home at Man.
