Billy was such a good hearted person. He would come to Fender's Carry Out everyday sit and talk with me and my daughter Marlena. He would always ask if there was anything she needed when we would go on our trips for softball. He believed in her and would support her all the way. I want to take this time to thank him for caring and for being the person he was. He will be sadly missed.
