Clarence Kenneth Jude
Of Man, WV
Clarence Kenneth Jude, 70, of Man, joined his family in Heaven with his loving wife and daughters by his side on Monday, October 24, 2011 at St. Mary's Medical Center in Huntington.
He was born on December 10, 1940, at Robinette, a son of the late Nathan and Audrey Ethel Hoosier Jude.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Menifee and Clyde Jude.
Clarence was a retired coal miner from Buffalo Mining and a former president and secretary of UMWA Local 8454. He was also a member of The Logan County Church Bowling League for more than 35 years and was a veteran of the United States Army.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 36 years, Stella Ann Marich Jude; two daughters, Shannon Jude of Logan and Megan Jude of Huntington; two brothers, Fonzo (Ruth) Jude of Lundale and Raymond (Jeannie) Jude of North Huntingdon, PA; two brothers-in-law, Steve (Kathy) Marich of Huntington and William (Debie) Marich of Man; one sister-in-law, Diane (Ronald) Short of Combs Addition; his faithful friend, Rowdy; a very special friend Carl (Joyce) Browning of Amherstdale; and many nieces and nephews along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 P.M. Friday, October 28, 2011, at the Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home at Man with the Rev. PJ Tomblin officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery at Pecks Mill where military graveside rites will be conducted by the VFW Post 6153 and American Legion Post 103 of Chapmanville, and the DAV post 39 of Harts.
Visitation will be held from 6-9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home and one hour prior to services also.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
