Michael David Clay
Of Lundale, WV
Michael David Clay, 61, of Lundale, departed this life, Thursday, February 17, 2011, from his home, after a long illness.
He was born July 11, 1949, at Man, a son of the late Hascal and Betty Jo Stewart Clay.
Mr. Clay was the former owner and operator of CD&M Mining Company at Christian. He was a U.S. Army veteran.
Those left to cherish his memory are two daughters, Angela Michelle Clay of Avon Park, FL and Kayla (Shane Ellis) Clay of Robinette; one son, Christopher (Paula) Clay of Lundale; five grandchildren, Tiffany Francis of Morgantown, Summer Kennedy of Kistler, Mikael-Ryan Clay of Davin, Kylie-Olivia Clay of Charleston, and Dominic Cain Ellis of Robinette; and one half-brother, Jody Stewart of CA; along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted at 4 p.m. Saturday, February 19, 2011, at the Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home Chapel at Man.
Friends may call one hour prior to services.
The remains will be cremated.
