Sandra Kay Montgomery
Of Earling, WV
Sandra Kay Montgomery, 43, of Earling, went to be with the Lord Sunday, July 18, 2010. She exited this life peacefully in her sleep from her home after a long illness.
She was born March 21, 1967, at Welch, a daughter of Martha Kay Toler Bledsoe of Earling with whom she made her home and the late Charles M. “Peanut” Bledsoe.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by one sister, Pamela Sue Bledsoe Tackett.
Sandra worked as a manager for Wendy’s for over 27 years. She was of the Christian faith and was a 1985 graduate of Man High School. Sandra is best known as a loving mother and a wonderful friend. She will truly be missed by those she knew and loved.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Nickolas Montgomery of Findlay, OH; two daughters, Nisa Nicole Kolovich at home and Nicat home; her mother, Martha Kay Toler Bledsoe of Earling; her mother-in-law, Tamara Montgomery of Findlay, OH; one sister, Mary Ellen Bledsoe Rhodes and her husband, James, of Mitchell Heights; one brother, Melvin Charles Bledsoe and his wife, Sabrina, of Earling; three nephews, Austin Tyler Bledsoe, Dustin Bledsoe, and Eric Evans, all of Earling; one niece, Adriona Martindale of Columbus, OH; a very dear friend whom was considered a sister, Lisa Riley Belcher of Davin; her oldest daughters’ boyfriend whom she considered to be part of the family, Daniel Johnson of South Man; and many uncles, aunts, and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted at 12 Noon Thursday, July 22, 2010, at the home of her mother at 269 Omega Road at Earling with Rev. James Ellis officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens at Godby.
Friends may call after 5 p.m. Wednesday at the home of her mother at Earling.
Arrangements are in the care of Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home at Man.
