Eula Osborne
Of Davin, WV
Eula Osborne, a child of God, a woman of faith died May 31, 2010. She had absolute faith in God and absolute love for her children. She always believed there was good in everyone and that everything worked out in God’s time. She loved to read, she believed anything was possible if you worked hard enough. She always said she grew up with her children and she was there for us at all times. Our memories are alive with times of fun and family. Our mother taught us the value of family, hard work, and honesty. She was always our champion and our protector. We thank God for giving us such a wonderful mother.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James; her mother and father, and sisters and brothers.
Left with the most precious memories are her children, Phyllis, Gerry, Sue, and Herb, Thurman and Betty, Ken and Val, and Donna; brothers, Ray, Paul, and James; 19 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; great-great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; her special friend, Myrtle, and members of the Claypool United Methodist Church.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the Claypool United Methodist Church with Rev. Bryan C. Baker and Brother Bill Cline officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens at Godby.
Visitation will be held from 6-9 p.m. Thursday evening at the Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home.
Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home at Man is in charge of the arrangements.
Dignity. Dedication. Tradition. Compassion. Caring.
