Lois Ann Scott
Of Kistler, WV
Lois Ann Scott, 68, of Kistler, went to be with the Lord Monday, March 15, 2010, from Logan Regional Medical Center, after a long battle with Lou Gehrig’s disease.
She was born December 23, 1941, in McDowell County, a daughter of the late Lawrence and Letha Dalton Scott.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Claudine Scott and Edith Scott; and two brothers, Willard Scott and Kenard Scott.
Lois was retired from Porter Memorial Hospital at Valparasio, IN, where she worked in the Environmental Services Department. She was a Christian and a member of Bethel Tabernacle at Lorado.
Those left to cherish her memory are one son, Barry Scott of Michigan City, IN; two sisters, Jeanette Schnadenberg of Chesterton, IN and Barbara Kukulies of Valparasio, IN; one brother, Steve Scott of Kistler; many nieces and nephews; along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Memorial services will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday at the Bethel Tabernacle at Davy Hollow, Lorado with Rev. Rodney Robinette officiating.
The remains have been cremated.
