Lillian A. "Toni" Minor Perdue Of Man, WV Lillian Antonia "Toni" Minor Perdue, 78, of Man, departed this life on Sunday, January 14, 2018, after a long illness. She was born November 20, 1939, at Eccles, a daughter of the late Tivis Tipton and Georgia Effie Hurley Minor. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband and best friend, Carmel Perdue; five sisters, Thelma Minor, Audrey Davis, Margie Prosser, Mildred Jean Chervenak, and Effie Nell Kidd; five brothers, Leslie, Otis, Tivis II, James E., and John E. Toni enjoyed shopping, dancing, laughing, and "telling tales" with her friends. She had an eye for fashion and always wanted to look her best no matter the occasion. Toni was a wonderful cook and her peanut butter fudge was enjoyed at many school bake sales and family events. She was a past member of the Man ARH Ladies Auxiliary and a member of the Bruce McDonald Memorial United Methodist Church. Those left to cherish her memory are one daughter, Susan (Lee) Hammock of Mechanicsville, VA; one sister, Hazel Doss of Davin; one brother, Charles (Linda) Minor of Proctorville, OH; two grandchildren, Kara and Connor of whom she loved dearly and was very proud; a host of nieces and nephews; and a very special caregiver, Susie Hall. A celebration of life service will be held at 1 pm. Thursday, January 18, 2018, at the Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home at Man with Rev. P.J. Tomblin officiating. Burial will follow at Danville Memorial Gardens at Danville. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services at the funeral home also. Toni had a big heart and compassion for those in need therefore in lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the First Baptist Church Food Pantry, 205 E. McDonald Avenue, Man, WV 25635 Pall bearers will be friends and family. Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home at Man.
