Kenneth "Kenny" E. Vance Of Morgantown, WV Kenneth "Kenny" E. Vance, 46, of Morgantown, WV, passed away at his home on November 14, 2017. He was born in Logan, WV, on January 27, 1971, to Clarence and Anna Ruth Vance of Man, WV. In addition to his parents, Kenny is survived by his wife, Lisa Taylor Vance; his daughter, Ashley Elizabeth Peterson and her husband Brandon of Lexington, KY. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Troy and Dorothy Link Vance and his maternal grandparents, George Wiley and Allie Grimmette Vance. Kenny was the Valedictorian of his 1989 Man High School graduating class. He graduated from West Virginia University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. His love for solving problems and mastering technology was evident in both his personal and professional endeavors. Most recently, he worked for Fusion Technology as a Vice President and Principle Systems Engineer. While his life was cut short, it was full and adventurous. He loved traveling, scuba diving, challenging himself with Crossfit, capturing moments with photography and cooking, as well as spending time with family and friends. On game days, he was always faithfully cheering on the Mountaineers and Pittsburgh Penguins. Kenny was known for his generous and giving nature. As a reflection of his generosity, in lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Kenny's memory to a favorite charity. In honoring his wishes, McCulla Funeral Home in Morgantown, WV is providing cremation services, and a Celebration of his Life Service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, December 17, 2017, at the Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home at Man, WV
