Clyde Bartram, Jr.
Of Accoville, WV
Clyde Bartram, Jr., 44, of Accoville, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 17, 2017, leaving from his home after a sudden heart attack.
He was born December 25, 1972, at Man, a son of the late Clyde and Donna Jean Ellis Bartram.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one niece, Brandi Proffitt; his grandparents, Claude and Lorene Bartram and Leonard and Ledna Ellis; his aunts and uncles, Nancy Frye, Otis Ellis, Roger Ellis, Claude Bartram, Jr., Columbus Bartram, and Clayton Bartram; and his cousin, Little Roger Ellis.
Clydie was a 1991 graduate of Man High School. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and watching the Dallas Cowboys and the WV Mountaineers. Clydie was a talented guitarist who loved to play and sing with his family and friends. He loved animals and was proud to call an African Gray Parrot named Dixie, six dogs, Keela, Zeke, Willie, Earl, Lucy, and Pedro, and two cats, Cookie Puss and Sylvester his best friends.
Those left to cherish his memory are his fiancé, Eva Jean DiPaolo of Accoville; two sons, Chayden Blake and Nicholas Ryan of Verner; three soon to be step-sons, John, Chris, and Stephen Tura, all of Accoville; three grandchildren, Anna, Christopher, and Nicole; one sister, Donna "Tiny" Proffitt of Amherstdale; one niece, Brittany Nelson of Ona; two great-nephews, Bradley and Tayten; one great-niece, Alivia LaShea; and his best friend who was like a brother, Parish Harvey; his aunts and uncles, Shirley Thomas, Rita and Chris Stahl, Deloris McIntyre, Deeanna Bartram, Lenora Bartram, Angie and Dave Yohe, Tina and Kimbo Osborne, Rebecca Stahl, Niawana and Richard Salyers, Clifford and Marietta Bartram, Cecil and Cindy Bartram, Clinton and Lisa Bartram, Chuck and Missy Bartram, Alice Copley, Anna Mae and Allen Sprouse, Leon Ellis, and Eddie Ellis; along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, September 23, 2017, at the Greenville Freewill Baptist Church at Hunt with Rev. P.J. Tomblin and Brother Cecil Bartram officiating. Burial will follow in the Browning-Grimmett Cemetery at Bruno.
Visitation will be held from 6-9 p.m. Friday at the church and one hour prior to services at the church also.
Pall bearers will be family and friends.
