Obituary of Suzette Marie Buchanon

Suzette Marie Buchanon Of Crites, WV Suzette Marie Buchanon, 43, of Crites, departed this life suddenly on Monday, July 24, 2017, at the home of her brother, Keith, after suffering complications of surgery. She was born September 14, 1973, at Man, a daughter of the late Ray Neil and Mildred Gaye Vance Buchanon. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two infant siblings; and her step-father, Timothy Williams. Suzette was a home maker. She was a friendly person with a big heart. Her nieces and nephews were the light of her life and she enjoyed spending time with them. Suzette enjoyed playing games on her computer especially Criminal Minds and working puzzles. Those left to cherish her memory are two brothers, Joe (Sheila) Buchanon of Lorado and Keith (Bonnie) Buchanon of Accoville; her nieces and nephews, Cortina Buchanon Stickler, her fiancé, Joel Phipps, and their daughter, Katheryn, Brandy (James) Dean and their children, McKenzie, Zoey, Carson, and Cora; Joey Buchanon and his fiancé, Lindsay, Angel Dawn Buchanon and her companion, Troy Goodman, and her son, Ryder Frye, Brittany Dawn Buchanon, and Kimberly Dawn Buchanon; Suzette's boy friend, Rob Stewart of Cyclone; and her best friends, Betty Adkins, Vicki Clark, Violet Elswick, and Annette Adkins; along with a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, July 30, 2017, at the Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home at Man. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services at the funeral home also. In honor of Suzette's request her remains will be cremated after the services.
