Roscoe was a friend from my childhood. I grew up in Landville and knew the family well. Hadn't seen him in a while, the last time probably at the Cliffside last summer. Condolences to the family.

I worked with Roscoe at the Wylo Mine, Ruffner Mine and the Guyan Mine. I was shocked and saddened when I saw his obituary on Facebook this evening. He was a good friend and good person to work with. We had a lot of good times and lots of laughs together.
