Obituary of Richard Aaron Egnor

Richard "Jug Head" Aaron Egnor, II of Stony Point, NC Richard "Jug Head" Aaron Egnor, II, 36, of Stony Point, NC, formerly of Greenville, WV, took his final flight on December 12, 2016, at Catawba Valley Medical Center, after complications from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident. He was born March 4, 1980, at Man Appalachian Regional Hospital, the son of Richard (Pam) Egnor and the late Sheila McCoy Egnor. Richie was a banbury operator at Armacell in Conover, NC. His hobbies included playing guitar, riding his motorcycle, working in his garage, and spending time with his friends and family. Richie never met a stranger and loved to make people laugh. He had a smile that would light up any room, he also gave the best bear hugs. Those left behind to cherish his memory are his wife, Christina Egnor of Stony Point, NC; four sisters, Kim (Tom) Barr of Downers Grove, IL, Rhonda Nelson of North Ridgeville, OH, Shannon (Joe) Flowers of Hurricane, WV, and Bridgette (Randy) Hansford of Hurricane, WV; his children, Kayleigh Egnor of Man, WV, Jacob Egnor of Sarah Ann, WV, Dustin and Joseph Smith of Uneeda, WV; and several nieces and nephews and a host of relatives and friends. Per his request his remains have been cremated. A Celebration of Life service will be held from 6-9 p.m. on Friday, December 30, 2016, at the Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home at Man.
