Allexis Noelle Vest
of Nitro, WV
Allexis Noelle Vest, 17, of Nitro, gained her angel wings on Monday, April 11, 2016, surrounded by her family after a courageous battle with Sanfilippo Syndrome.
She was born on May 27, 1998, at Charleston, a daughter of Jeremy R. (Heather Creech) Vest and Kiersten (Robert) Pringle.
She was preceded in death by paternal great-grandfather, Everett L. Krantz, Jr.; and uncle, Floyd L. Krantz.
Allexis attended Nitro High School and was a participate of the Special Olympics for many years. When she was able, she enjoyed watching Disney movies, swimming, and being outdoors.
Those left to cherish her memory, in addition to her parents, are her siblings, Annaleise and Landon Vest and Devin and J.D. Robinson; paternal grandparents, James and Sara Kessler; maternal grandparents, Gary and Deen Ann Walker, and Doug Smith; paternal great-grandmother, Rebecca L. Krantz; and maternal great-grandparents, Dave and Sue Wilkinson; along with many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

A celebration of Allexis' life will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 16, 2016, at Alum Creek Church of the Nazarene on Childress Road at Alum Creek with Rev. Kelly Frazier officiating.
Visitation will be held from 12-2 p.m. at the church on Saturday.
Pall bearers will be Yancey Kessler, William Vest, Larry Vest, Robbie Smith, Adam Vest, Nate Vest, Devin Robinson, Logan Vest, Ashley Vest, and Olivia Vest.
Honorary pall bearers will be Benjamin Vest, Jacob Vest, and J.D. Robinson.
