Obituary of Connie Lou Collins

Connie Lou Collins, 72, of Davin, went to join her husband, Millard "Milroy", in their Heavenly home on Friday, April 8, 2016, leaving from Logan Regional Medical Center at Logan, after a short illness.
She was born October 29, 1943, at Rum Creek, a daughter of the late Willie and Avis Scarbro Johnson.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Millard "Milroy" Collins; one brother, Billy Johnson; and two sisters, Gina Hayes and Judy Johnson.
Connie was a home maker. She was a member of the Claypool United Methodist Church and the Red Hats. She loved gardening and the beauty of her yard testified to her green thumb.
Those left to cherish her memory are one son, Charles Roy (Marsha) Collins of Verner; one brother, Bobby (Sherri) Johnson of South Man; and one sister, Dolores Ackison of South Man; along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Monday, April 11, 2016, at the Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home at Man with Rev. Kevin Farmer and Brother Bill Cline officiating. Entombment will follow in Highland Memory Gardens at Godby.
Visitation will be held from 6-9 p.m. Sunday at Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home and one hour prior to services also.
Pall bearers will be present and past members of the Man High School Football Team.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the care of the Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home at Man.
