Allen Dean Crum
of Lorado, WV
Allen Dean Crum, 56, of Lorado, departed this life Sunday, January 10, 2016, from his home at Lorado, after a long illness.
He was born on March 24, 1959, at Logan, the son of the late Rev. Charles and Patsy Deloris Baisden Crum.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Charles Ray Crum and an infant brother; and his grandparents, Lee and Goldie Crum and Julian and Addie Baisden.
Allen was a disabled carpenter. He enjoyed 4-wheeling and ginsenging.
Those left to cherish his memory are five children, Allen Sewell of Matewan, Coty Crum of Greenvalley, Summer Crum of Amherstdale, Courtnie (Bit) Browning of Huff Creek, and Julian Crum of Accoville; two grandchildren, Brylee Ellis and Bentley Browning; three sisters, Pam (Richard) Caserta of Crown, Kathy (Ronnie) Doss of Accoville, and Sandy (Kenny) Stevens of Portland, TN; one brother, Patrick (Mary) Crum of Lexington, KY; a special friend, June Bob Clay of Lorado; and many nieces and nephews along with a host of other relatives and friends.
The family would like to thank all of his friends who have helped Allen in his time of need.
A visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Friday, January 15, 2016, at the Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home at Man.
