Eddie's father, Virgil, and my mother, Frances, were brother and sister. We left WV when I was young, but I saw Eddie the last time I visited about 5 years ago. It was great to reconnect with family and talk about the old days. I am vey sorry for your loss, but am happy that Eddie has gone on to be with the Lord and loved ones who have gone before us.

My wife and I were saddened to hear of Mr. Smith passing. He was an expert brick layer. We truly enjoyed the time shared with him when he and his son bricked our house. He was always a joy to talk with and a blessing to be around. He was a hard worker and he reminded me of my own Dad at times. We pray God's peace and comfort for you all.

Edith,I'am so sorry for your loss.Ed was a awesome man I only met a few times but I thought highly of him.You and you're family are in my prayers.I know the pain you must feel after just loosing your Mother. I pray God comfort you in this time of sorrow.I love you and your family.I'am so happy ED gave his life to God.He's now with Jesus and not suffering nomore.Praise God.RIP Ed.You will be greatly missed.Go rest high on that mountain.We love you..

Thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Eddie and I were friends a long time ago. Haven't seen or heard from him in a long time but I thought of him often. I lived in Stowe and left WV in 1964 after graduation. Rest in peace old friend. You will not be forgotten.
