Charlene O’Neal, 79, of Willoughby, OH., formerly of Cyclone, passed away on March 10, 2024.
She was born July 30, 1944, in Logan, WV. A daughter of the late Walter Thomas Caldwell and Virgie Ann (Ratliff) Caldwell.
She was a seamstress and provided daycare for children.
Charlene was the beloved wife of the late Sgt. Major Ronald O’Neal; mother of Ronald O’Neal Jr., Shane O’Neal, and Debbie Rice; grandmother to Joshua O’Neal, A sister of Margie (Bill) Hoosier, Kenny (Lisa) Caldwell, and the late Ricky Caldwell, Tommy Caldwell, Archie Caldwell, Bobby Caldwell, Darrell Caldwell, J.C. (Linda) Caldwell, Donna Faye Caldwell, Jackie Gilbert, Gerri Horton, Bonnie Moore, Carol Stewart and Mary Staggs; a dear friend of Glenn Auger, many nieces, nephews, countless great-nieces and great-nephews, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
A gathering of family and friends will be held at Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home Chapel on Sunday, March 17th, between 10 a.m. and 12 noon.
Committal services will follow with Rev. Chelsey Noel officiating in Cook Cemetery at Cyclone, where Charlene will be lovingly laid to rest.
