Danny Joe Mullins
Of Greenville, WV
Danny Joe Mullins, 56, of Greenville, departed this life on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, at St. Mary’s Medical Center, after a sudden illness.
He was born October 25, 1966, in Logan County, the son of the late Mose and Betty (Workman) Wright.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Clifford Mullins; two brothers, Harold Mullins and Mose Allen Wright; and one sister, Gladys Mullins; and one nephew, Ryan Mullins.
Danny Joe was an expert carpenter who loved his occupation. He enjoyed digging ginseng, NASCAR racing, and hanging out with his buddies. He loved helping others.
Those left to cherish his memory are his two daughters, Kala Mullins and her fiancé James Gore and Whitney Mullins and her fiancé Donnie Ellis, all of Man; two grandchildren, Madison Mullins and Conner Mullins of Man; two sisters, Marlene (Scotty) Vance and Betty “Punkin” Wright; one brother, Rocky Mullins; along with a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
In honor of Danny Joe’s wishes his remains will be cremated and a private memorial service will be held at a later date.
