Obituary of Brenda Sue Perry

Brenda Sue Perry of Earling, WV Brenda Sue Perry, 61, of Earling, departed this life from her home on Thursday, July 14th , 2022. She was born on May 3rd, 1961, at Columbus, OH, the daughter of Dorothy (Trent) Mangus of Man and the late Jennings Ray Mangus. In addition to her father, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Paul Perry; her brothers, Jennings Edwin Mangus and Clifford Lee Mangus; and her granddaughter, Jaci Rayann Mangus. Brenda was a 1979 graduate of Man High School. She was employed by the Logan County Tax Department for many years but her favorite job title was being a domestic engineer. Those left to cherish her memory are her loving mother, Dorothy Mangus of Man; her companion, Terry Gross of Earling; three brothers and their wives, Ernie and Kay Mangus of Greenvalley, Michael and Abby Mangus of Baisden, and Phillip and Tina Mangus of Sissonville. Brenda was the loving mother of two sons and their wives, Todd and Nikki Mangus of Holden and Adam and Morgan Perry of Man. Her grandchildren who affectionately called her Nani and loved her beyond words, Kayne Brown of Man, Logan Mangus and his girlfriend Demi Lester, Tanner Mangus, Melia Freeman, Jakob Perry, Jett Mangus, Liam Mangus, and Nayvee Perry. Brenda was also survived by a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and extended family. A memorial service will be held in Brenda’s honor at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 16, 2022, at the Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home in Man with Pastor P.J. Tomblin officiating.
