Obituary of Mickey Shawn Caudill

Mickey Shawn Caudill, 49, of St. Albans, formerly of Man, departed this life suddenly on December 17, 2021, at Logan Regional Medical Center, at Logan. He was born on February 19, 1972, at Man, the son of Sandra Kay (Napier) Caudill and the late Mickey Ray Caudill. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Wayne and Pauline (Williams) Napier; paternal grandparents, Ervin and Delores (Elkins) Caudill; and his Aunt, Dorothy Miller. Mickey Shawn was a 1990 graduate of Man High School. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. Mickey Shawn loved spending time with his family especially his niece, Stevie who called him Uncle Bub. Those left to cherish his memory are his mother, Sandra Kay (Napier) Caudill of St. Albans; one brother, Steven Todd (Heather) Caudill of Man; one niece, Stevie Marie Caudill of Man; his Aunts and Uncles, Patty (Billy) Lewis of Beckley, Anita (Allen) McCrady of Atlanta, GA, Butch and Vicky Cobb of Man, Frances Grimmett of Man, John Caudill of Cleveland, OH, and Shirley Ann Grooms of NC; and many cousins along with a host of other relatives and friends. Friends can gather with the family from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Thursday, December 23, 2021, at the Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home Chapel where a memorial service will begin at 7:30 p.m. with Rev. Jason Hawkins officiating. In honor of Mickey Shawn’s wishes, his remains have been cremated.
