Randall Lou “Randy” Fernandez
of Accoville, WV
Randall Lou “Randy” Fernandez, 61, of Accoville, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 1, 2021, leaving from Logan Regional Medical Center, after a long illness.
He was born August 4, 1960, at Hamlin, the son of the late Jesse and Barbara Jean (Porter) Fernandez.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Danny Fernandez and Rick Fernandez; and one sister, Kathy Belcher.
Randy worked as a fork lift driver and yard man for Ellis Lumber and Supply for over 30 years. He had four canine fur babies that he loved; Jake, Rodriguez, Sheba, and Shadow. Randy was a member of Landville Freewill Baptist Church for over 20 years until he became unable to attend. He enjoyed watching religious programs and the Weather Channel. He loved to sit on the porch in Spring, Summer, and Fall and watch his fur babies.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 34 years, Dani Lynn Fernandez; one son, Pete Morris of Accoville; one step-daughter, Talitha Gordon of Huff Creek; one granddaughter, Maleigha Morris of Bruno; two sisters, Carolyn Watson and her husband Ed of Charleston and Julia Blevins and her husband Bobby of Bolt; and many nieces and nephews along with a host of other relatives, church family, and friends.
In honor of Randy’s wishes his remains will be cremated and there will be no services.
