Anna Mae Coburn
of Cyclone, WV
Anna Mae Coburn, 67, of Cyclone, joined her family in heaven on Monday, April 6, 2015, leaving from Logan Regional Medical Center, after a long illness.
She was born on June 14, 1947, at Toney Fork in Wyoming County, the daughter of the late George Junior and Sarah Etta Bailey Coburn.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Juanita, William Lawrence, and Douglas Coburn, and Flora Coburn Bailey; and her sister-in-law, Kay Coburn.
Anna Mae was a member of the Toler Baptist Church where she loved going to church. She enjoyed gardening, raising flowers, and working outside.
Those left to cherish her memory are seven siblings, Lois Daniels, Roger Coburn, and Eugene (Sara) Coburn, all of Cyclone, Patricia Shook of Newton, NC, James (Ava) Coburn of Clarmont, NC, and Curtis (Lisa) Coburn and Marie Coburn (Jerry), both of Cyclone; and many nieces and nephews along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 12 Noon on Friday, April 10, 2015, at the Toler Baptist Church at Cyclone with Rev. Clarence Gibson and Rev. Chet Clay officiating. Burial will follow in the Home Sweet Home Cemetery at Lorado.
Visitation will be held from 6-9 p.m. Thursday at the church and one hour prior to services at the church also.
