Mary Jane “Janie” Wright Patterson
of Davin, WV
Mary Jane “Janie” Wright Patterson, 74, of Davin, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 7, 2021.
She was born on January 24, 1947, at Bradshaw, the daughter of the late George W. and Bertha (Crosby) Wright.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Patterson.
Janie was a retired bookkeeper. She enjoyed growing flowers and playing cards. Janie loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Those left to cherish her memory are one daughter, Marla Decker of Pickerington, OH; two sisters, Jody Cochran and her husband David of Mallory and Jean Advani and her husband Vic of Cincinnati, OH; one brother, George “Jr.” Wright and his wife Russetta of Smith Mtn. Lake, VA; six grandchildren, Stephen, Logan, Christopher, Luke, Jamie, and Grace; and five great-grandchildren, Gabriel, Maylynn, Aryah, Damien, and Bella; and several nieces and nephews along with a host of other relatives and friends.
In honor of Janie’s wishes her remains have been cremated and memorial services will be held at a later date.
