Rev. Earl L. Robinson of Accoville, WV Rev. Earl Lester Robinson age 65, of Accoville, died peacefully in his sleep on May 5, 2021. Earl was born on October 11, 1955 in Logan, the son of the late Hubert and Mary (Mitzi) Robinson. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Leroy and Evelyn (Bea) Mays; 1 sister, Sara Robinson; and 1 Nephew Zachary Malinowski. He graduated from Man High School in 1973 and went to work in the mining industry for Amherst Coal Company where he retired after 29 years. Earl was happily married to the love of his life, Debi Robinson, for 46 years. A preacher for 40 years, Rev. Earl dedicated his life to teaching and preaching the Gospel. He attended Man Church of the Nazarene and was a former pastor at Bethel Tabernacle in Lorado. Rev. Earl loved and cherished his church families. Earl worked hard and devoted his life to God and his family. His favorite pastime was spending time with them and making sure everyone was happy. Anyone who knew him knows that you could always find him outside working on something. He was always available to solve any problem or fix anything for anyone who needed him. Earl never missed an opportunity to help those around him and he was known for being quite the jokester from time to time. His generosity, big smile and infectious laugh will be missed by all who knew him. Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Debi Robinson; 2 sons, Joey Robinson (Traci Chambers) of Accoville and Jeremiah Robinson (Brandon Haverfield) of Atlanta, GA; 1 brother Michael (Connie) Robinson of Accoville; 3 sisters, Peggy Arthur of Okeechobee, FL, Janet (Bob) Nord of Oceana, and Nancy Schram of Accoville. He leaves behind 5 grandchildren, Bryce Robinson, Caden Robinson, Chloe Robinson, Journee Akers, and Arianna Chambers, and a host of nieces, nephews, and other friends and family, as well as his favorite K9 companion of 8 years, Buster. The Mays family also held a special place in his heart. Visitation will be held from 6-9 p.m. Saturday evening at the Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home at Man.
