Laura Angell Viars, 47, of Mallory, went peacefully into her Saviors arms on Tuesday, November 26, 2019, at
She was born May 3, 1972, in Logan, a daughter of the late James Stephen and Joan Nelson White.
Laura was the beloved first grandchild of the late Faye Adams White.
Laura was a home maker. Devoted to her family, she was a wonderful wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend. Laura was a caring person who exemplified a servant’s spirit with the way she took care of everyone. She was an outgoing person who made strangers friends and often made friends family. An avid animal lover, she especially enjoyed caring for and playing with her canine fur babies, Kiera and C.J. Laura also enjoyed spending time with her special friend, Donetta Baker.
Those left to cherish her memory are her high school sweetheart and loving husband of 28 years, John T. Viars; two daughters, Deborah (Anthony) Curry of Mallory and Jewell Faye (Michael) Paugh of Mallory; two grandchildren, Riley Curry and George Michael Paugh; one brother, James Stephen “Jake” White, Jr. of Mallory; one sister, Heather Renea White and her companion Troy Maynor of Mallory; one nephew, Kaiden White also of Mallory; other extended family, many aunts and uncles on both sides of the family and numerous cousins.

Funeral services will begin at 1 p.m. Saturday, November 30, 2019, at the
Pall bearers will be Michael Paugh, Willie Paugh, Troy Maynor, Josh Porter, Ronnie Ruano, Nick Dotson.
Honorary pall bearers will Luke Brown, James Stephen “Jake” White and Anthony Curry.
